Anonna Sanitary Napkin organized a debate competition namely Anonna Advocacy championship for the first time where all the female employees of MGI participated. The competition took place in three different rounds where three juries were present there, Corporate Brand Manager Mr. Faisal, Assistant Corporate Brand Manager Mr. Tanim and Honorable Director Ms. Tasnim Kamal was also present there as the jury.
The main objective of this workshop was to enhance public speaking and presentation skills, interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, critical thinking skills as well as research skills among the female employees of MGI.
The purpose of this competition was to encourage participation, enriching socialization among female employees, providing diverse learning and development opportunities from employees of different departments as well as showcasing humor and other aspects of entertainment through various interactive and argumentative debate topics. Promoting Anonna Sanitary Napkin as a brand was also prioritized for increased visibility.
It can be said that female employees were widely benefitted through this competition. They got the opportunity to network with other female employees of MGI, they got the independence to speak about various sensitive and challenging things from different perspectives covering from their debate topics. Other than daily activities, MGI significantly influenced their female employees to caliber on extra-curricular activities.
Last but not the least, the major objective of the competition was achieved as the participants generated effective critical thinking in accordance to reasoned arguments and compelling evidence with their assigned topics. Additionally, it highlighted each and every female employees’ traits.
